Step2it Network LLC's Career Coach Program - Silver is a comprehensive career coaching service designed to support individuals in their career transition journey. The program includes a range of features, including assessment testing and evaluation, goal planning, a career change resume, and a company-specific cover letter. The program also includes a "Tell me a little about yourself" or 60-second infomercial elevator speech response to help clients prepare for job interviews and networking opportunities.

The Career Coach Program - Silver offers three months of coaching with weekly 30-minute sessions, providing clients with ongoing support and guidance. The program includes job search tips for applying and follow-up to help clients navigate the job search process successfully. Additionally, clients can take advantage of a 30-minute mock interview and feedback session to help them prepare for job interviews.

Clients can also receive unlimited email support for three months to ask questions and receive additional guidance outside of coaching sessions. Furthermore, the Career Coach Program - Silver includes three months of follow-up support via phone and/or email monthly to ensure that clients stay on track with their career goals and continue to make progress.
